Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing personalized services to our customers in order to assist them in selecting the most suitable cosmetics. You will demonstrate various makeup techniques, recommend products based on individual needs, and educate customers on product details such as ingredients, application methods, and pricing. Your customer-service orientation and extensive knowledge of beauty products will be key to your success in this role. Your primary duties will include greeting customers, showcasing the proper use of makeup and skincare items, recommending complementary beauty products, identifying customer preferences, assisting clients in locating desired products, ensuring product presentation on shelves is appealing, explaining product usage to customers, offering skincare advice, informing customers about pricing and special promotions, and restocking products as necessary. To excel in this position, you must have previous experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar role, preferably with customer service experience in retail settings. A solid understanding of makeup, hair care, and skincare products is essential, as well as the ability to effectively demonstrate and promote beauty items on the spot. You should possess knowledge of which products are suitable for different skin types, excellent communication skills, the capacity to maintain composure during busy periods, and at least a high school diploma. Additional education in Cosmetology or a related field would be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a beauty advisor.
