Job Title:

Location: Bangalore

Role Purpose

To lead and drive regional sales operations for the Agarbathi business across Karnataka and Telangana by strengthening distribution, expanding market presence, and achieving high monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Head end-to-end sales operations for

    Karnataka & Telangana

    regions.

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage and expand distributor, super-stockist, and retail networks.
  • Appoint new distributors and improve market penetration in key territories.
  • Build strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and large retailers.
  • Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
  • Lead, coach, and manage regional sales teams (ASM, Sales Officers, Promoters).
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, production, and finance teams.
  • Prepare sales MIS, forecasts, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Execute trade schemes, promotions, and brand visibility initiatives.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

  • Education:

    Any Graduate (MBA Sales/Marketing preferred)
  • Experience:

    • Minimum 15 years of FMCG sales experience

      , preferably in Agarbathi or similar categories
    • Hands-on working experience in both Karnataka & Telangana markets is mandatory

    • Currently handling / has handled a minimum business of 2 Crores per month in the present company

  • Strong distributor and channel management expertise.
  • Proven leadership and team-handling capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Based in Bangalore .
  • Willing to travel extensively across both states.
