Job Title : RPO IT Recruiter Experience : 3 to 5 Years Location : Chennai Job Type : Full-time Job Summary Were hiring an RPO IT Recruiter with 3 to 5 years of experience in IT hiring. The role involves end-to-end recruitment for client requirements under the RPO model. Key Responsibilities Source and screen candidates for various IT roles Client coordination End to End recruitment Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication Work closely with client stakeholders Maintain ATS and recruitment reports Ensure adherence to SLAs and timelines Requirements 3 to 5 years of IT recruitment experience (preferably RPO) Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) Good communication and stakeholder management Familiarity with ATS tools
