Position: -RPO Client Management

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated KAM to join our Talent Acquisition team! As a KAM at our company, you will be responsible for finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring talent with the goal to full-fill company's hiring needs.

As acquiring talented people is getting harder, your position will play a crucial role for our company to stay competitive in the market.

Role And Responsibilities:

Managing end to end Recruitment

Managing Client Accounts

Be a part of client calls, give best service to cthe lient by Delivery , Take a Delivery calls.

Build necessary pipeline for Interested candidate or Screening Candidate

Be a part of interview process. Organize interviews, rolling out offer , Onboarding Candidates.

Good time-management skills.

Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Team player.

Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress
