Job Description

RPA UiPath Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Provide
L1 / L1.5 support
for UiPath-based automation processes in production.
Monitor bots, orchestrator queues, and logs to ensure smooth daily operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document fixes.
Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes or process enhancements.
Handle
job failures, exceptions, and performance issues
proactively.
Perform minor updates or configuration changes in UiPath Studio if required.
Maintain accurate incident, change, and problem management documentation.
Collaborate with business users to ensure SLAs and process uptime.

Required Skills and Experience:

24 years of experience in
RPA UiPath
, primarily in
support/maintenance roles
.
Strong understanding of
UiPath Orchestrator, Queues, Logs, and Schedules
.
Basic exposure to
UiPath development
(Studio, REFramework, selectors, data scraping, etc.).
Experience in monitoring tools, incident management, and service ticketing systems.
Good understanding of
bot lifecycle management
and process troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced support environment.

Good to Have:

UiPath certification (RPA Associate / Advanced Developer).
Familiarity with
SQL, JSON, or APIs
for troubleshooting.
Exposure to
ITIL or service management practices
.
