Report Types - Experience with Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending, and Transposed reports Calculated Fields - Ability to create and manage calculated fields for complex reporting logic Data Sources & Business Objects - Understanding of Workday data sources and business object relationships Security in Reporting - Knowledge of reportlevel security and access controls Report Optimization - Skills in performance tuning and optimizing report execution Dashboards & Scorecards - Experience in building dashboards and visual scorecards Custom Reports - Ability to design and deliver custom reports based on business requirements Integration with Other Modules - experience in using reports for integrations (e.g., EIBs, outbound files) Stakeholder Collaboration - Ability to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Circa 8+ years of functional and/or technical experience working in Workday SaaS solutions delivery Requirements & Analysis- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and translating security requirements Security Design Experience - Understanding domain & business process & Creating/defining security groups Security Configuration Experience - Hands-on with Configurable Security & Maintenance of User-Based / Role-Based Groups Supporting Internal & External Audit queries by retrieving necessary Workday evidences Maintaining Workday System Health from Security standpoint Proactively identifying security gaps, call-out risks and provide mitigation solution.
