Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design &

Architecture:
Design end-to-end RPA solutions, from process identification and design to implementation and deployment.
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, feasibility check and optimize workflows.
Develop and document RPA architecture, integration strategies.
Ensure RPA solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet organizational standards for performance and security.
Ensure best practices in RPA design, development, testing, and deployment are followed.
Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure the optimal operation of RPA bots.
Lead the development of reusable RPA components and frameworks to accelerate the automation delivery process.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects, developers, and other technical team members.
Lead the implementation of RPA solutions, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Stakeholder Management:
Engage with business leaders, process owners, and other stakeholders to understand automation requirements and align with business objectives.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for RPA solutions.
Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication skill
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends, technologies, and tools.
Propose innovative automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the RPA team.
