Job Summary

Job Title: Senior RPA Developer Years of Experience: 4- 10 Years Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer to lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in RPA development, particularly with UiPath, and will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, conducting feasibility analyses, and creating reusable components to enhance automation efficiency. Responsibilities Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of complex RPA solutions. Mentor RPA developers and provide feasibility analysis, complexity, and effort estimation for RPA implementations. Develop and maintain reusable components, libraries, and custom automation frameworks to accelerate RPA development. Create workflows using modern activities, object repositories, RE Framework, Ui Automation, API automation, and Citrix features of UiPath. Utilize UiPath Suite tools such as Document Understanding, Process Mining, and Orchestrator effectively. Write SQL queries, LinQ queries, and basic PowerShell scripts for managing schedulers and setting up multi bot architecture. Understand and apply Telecom domain terminologies and cross functional processes. Conduct code reviews and create documentation such as Software Design Documents (SDD), operation handbooks, and user manuals. Deploy and manage RPA robots and infrastructure using UiPath Orchestrator. Mandatory Skills Proven experience in RPA development, specifically with UiPath. Strong knowledge of developing workflows, object repositories, and automation frameworks. Experience with SQL and LINQ queries. Ability to mentor and guide junior developers. Experience in code review and documentation creation. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Telecom domain terminologies. Experience with UiPath Suite tools like Document Understanding. Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4- 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on RPA. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
