Job Description

RPA Support Engineer

Support roles (L1/L2/L3)

Key Responsibilities

RPA bot monitoring & support (UiPath )
Manage UiPath Orchestrator / Control Room operations
Handle incidents, failures, and SLA-based support tickets
Troubleshoot bot failures and re-run jobs
Perform deployment validation and schedules
Manage change requests and access requests
Create & maintain support documentation
Coordinate with business users & RPA dev teams
Root cause analysis and continuous improvement

Mandatory Skills

RPA Support Experience (NOT just development)
UiPath
UiPath Orchestrator
Automation Anywhere
Jira (incident & change management)
Change request handling
Production support & ticketing

Good to Have

SQL / Python basics
ITIL exposure
RPA deployment lifecycle knowledge
