Rpa Platform Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain UiPath Orchestrator, Robots, and Studio environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation workflows and platform performance.
• Provide L2/L3 support for deployed bots and infrastructure.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Infrastructure & Deployment
• Design, deploy, and upgrade UiPath platform components (Orchestrator, Robots, Studio) across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Configure and manage Windows Server, SQL Server, Active Directory, and networking components.
• Manage certificates, licenses, and platform configurations. Collaboration & Ownership
• Work closely with RPA Developers, Business Analysts, and IT teams to support automation lifecycle.
• Own platform health, uptime, and performance metrics.
• Document infrastructure architecture, deployment plans, and support procedures.
• Participate in platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Timely response and communication with users on requests and issues / ticket. Process & Governance
• Ensure compliance with ITSM processes (e.g., incident, change, and problem management).
• Maintain platform security and access controls.
• Support audit and governance activities related to automation.
• Identifying and stablishing processes wherever required.

Required Technical Skills:

• UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Assistant
• Windows Server administration
• SQL Server management and troubleshooting
• Active Directory and user/machine management
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, firewalls, load balancers)
• Linux & Kubernetes (for Automation Suite)
• Scripting (PowerShell, VB.NET, C#)
• Monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics)
• Azure DevOps
