What You'll Do Work in customer-facing roles, understanding business requirements and conducting process assessments. Design and analyze automation architecture and deployments. Be hands-on with Bot Design, Development, Testing & Debugging. Prepare and review Solution Design Documents (SDDs). Promote reusable components and best practices in automation. Collaborate in Agile/SCRUM environments and full SDLC processes. Recommend new tools/tech to improve process quality and efficiency. Support pre-sales teams in solutioning and effort estimation. Primary Skills RPA Tools: UiPath / Power Automate (Certifications Preferred). Bot Design & Deployment. Agile Project Experience. Solution Documentation (SDD). Client Interaction & Delivery Leadership. Secondary Skills Programming: C#, Visual Basic, Python, .NET, Java. Experience with support projects. Excellent communication & problem-solving skills. Team Leadership & Mentorship.
