Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable
RPA solutions
using
Blue Prism
.
Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify automation opportunities.
Translate business requirements into functional automation workflows.
Ensure quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and adherence to RPA development standards.
Support and maintain existing automation solutions, performing troubleshooting and enhancements as needed.
Develop reusable components, frameworks, and libraries to improve efficiency.
Create and maintain documentation including process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and operational handover materials.
Monitor and analyze process performance, ensuring optimal bot uptime and reliability.
Work closely with IT and operations teams to ensure secure, stable, and compliant RPA deployments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree
in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years
of hands-on RPA development experience using
Blue Prism
.
Solid understanding of RPA lifecycle, including process discovery, design, development, testing, and support.
Strong knowledge of
Blue Prism components
(Objects, Processes, Work Queues, Schedulers, Exception Handling).
Experience integrating Blue Prism with other applications, APIs, and databases.
Proficiency in
C#, .NET, SQL
, or other programming languages (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Blue Prism Developer Certification
(AD01, AD02) or higher.
