RPA Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement

  automation workflows

  using

  Power Automate & Power Automate Desktop (RPA)

  .
• Build and customize

  Power Apps

  for business process applications.
• Leverage

  AI Builder

  and

  AI Extraction models

  to automate document processing and data extraction.
• Integrate automation solutions with

  Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party applications

  .
• Work closely with business users and stakeholders to

  identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical solutions

  .
• Ensure

  security, scalability, and governance

  of Power Platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing automation workflows.
  
• Create and maintain

  technical documentation, reusable components, and best practices

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience

  in RPA and automation development.
• Hands-on expertise in:
  

• Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)

  workflow automation, RPA scripting.

• Power Apps

  – Canvas & Model-driven app development.

• AI Builder & AI Extraction

  – document automation, form processing, text recognition.
• Strong understanding of

  business process automation, workflows, and integrations

  .
• Familiarity with

  Microsoft ecosystem (Office 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure services)

  .
• Experience in

  connecting APIs, Dataverse, SQL, and external systems

  .
• Problem-solving, debugging, and strong communication skills.
  

Good to Have

• Knowledge of

  Power BI integration with Power Platform

  .
• Experience with

  other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)

  .
• Exposure to

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  .
• Microsoft

  Power Platform certifications

  (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-500).

Preferred candidate profile

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
