Role & responsibilities We are looking for an RPA Developer with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop (RPA), Power Apps, AI Builder, and AI Extraction . The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy automation solutions to improve business processes, enhance efficiency, and leverage AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement automation workflows using Power Automate & Power Automate Desktop (RPA) . Build and customize Power Apps for business process applications. Leverage AI Builder and AI Extraction models to automate document processing and data extraction. Integrate automation solutions with Office 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party applications . Work closely with business users and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical solutions . Ensure security, scalability, and governance of Power Platform solutions. Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing automation workflows. Create and maintain technical documentation, reusable components, and best practices . Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in RPA and automation development. Hands-on expertise in: Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) workflow automation, RPA scripting. Power Apps – Canvas & Model-driven app development. AI Builder & AI Extraction – document automation, form processing, text recognition. Strong understanding of business process automation, workflows, and integrations . Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (Office 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Azure services) . Experience in connecting APIs, Dataverse, SQL, and external systems . Problem-solving, debugging, and strong communication skills. Good to Have Knowledge of Power BI integration with Power Platform . Experience with other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) . Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies . Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-500). Preferred candidate profile :- Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
