Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Senior RPA Developer

with

12+ years

of expertise in

RPA development, process automation, and bot deployment

. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with

Automation Anywhere

, along with strong technical and analytical skills to optimize and maintain automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

RPA Development:
Design, develop, and maintain
RPA bots
using
Automation Anywhere
to streamline business processes.
Process Automation:
Identify automation opportunities by analyzing business processes and developing efficient RPA solutions.
Bot Deployment:
Oversee the deployment of
RPA bots
, ensuring optimal performance in production environments.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance RPA bot performance for maximum efficiency.
Integration:
Ensure seamless
integration of RPA solutions
with various systems and applications.
Documentation:
Create and maintain
comprehensive documentation
including process flows, technical specifications, and user guides.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve
issues related to RPA bots
to maintain reliability and availability.
Collaboration:
Work closely with
business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders
to align RPA solutions with business needs.
Mentorship:
Provide guidance and mentorship to
junior RPA developers
and team members.

Required Qualifications

12+ years
of experience in
RPA development, process automation, and bot deployment
.
Expertise in Automation Anywhere
, including
bot development, control room management, and deployment
.
Strong programming skills in
Python, Java, or .NET
.
Analytical mindset
with the ability to analyze complex processes and design efficient automation solutions.
Excellent
communication and collaboration
skills.
Bachelor s or Master s degree
in
Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
.

Preferred Qualifications

Automation Anywhere certification
or other relevant RPA certifications.
Experience with
process improvement methodologies
(Lean, Six Sigma, BPM).
Familiarity with
Agile methodologies
and best practices.
