RPA Associate Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement Solution Design:

• Develop and presentautomation roadmaps, proof of concepts (POCs), and ROI analysesto clients.
• Definescalable RPA architecturesand ensure seamless integration with existing IT systems.

Project Delivery Execution:

• Oversee theentire RPA project lifecyclefrom requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Manage and mentor a team ofRPA developers, fostering best practices and innovation.
• Ensurecompliance with security standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously optimize automation solutions and implement post-deployment enhancements.
• Monitor and maintainbot performance, ensuring high availability and resilience.

Required Qualifications:

• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) or UiPath Advanced Developer Professional (UiADP) Certification.
• 8-10 yearsof experience inIT consulting, business transformation, or automation.
• 6+ yearsof hands-onRPA developmentexperience.
• Expertise inUiPath and Microsoft Power Automate(experience withAutomation Anywhere or Blue Prismis a plus).
• Proficiency inPython, SQL, .NET, Java, or VBAfor automation scripting.
• Experience withcloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP) andAPI integrations.
• Strong knowledge ofbusiness process optimizationmethodologies.
