Associate Practice Manager

Responsibilities

• System Integration Expertise: Possess detailed knowledge of the fundamental concepts, principles, and theories of system integration as applied to multi-disciplinary designs.
• Project Technical Leadership: Act as a Project Technical Leader on large or complex multi-disciplinary projects, or as a Project Technical Reviewer on such projects.
• Solution Generation: Consistently produce concept and feasibility solutions.
• Digital Initiatives: Drive the right behaviors within the organization for digital initiatives to improve business performance and productivity.
• Leadership Role: Function as a Professional Head of Discipline or potentially lead a subset technology as a Technical Authority.
• Project Delivery: Demonstrate a track record of delivering projects of increasing complexity to time, cost, and quality.
• Innovation: Coordinate and develop innovation on a divisional basis.
• Management Processes: Possess a comprehensive understanding of management processes related to technical integration and associated analytical/investigative approaches.
• Assurance and Compliance: Have a detailed understanding of principles of assurance and compliance as defined and applied within the relevant industry environment.
• Cross-Disciplinary Understanding: Comprehensively understand supporting pan-design disciplines such as Engineering Safety Management, Human Factors, and Sustainability.
