Route Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Lift Service Engineer to service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Lifts / elevators. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and strong customer service skills to ensure the safe and smooth functioning of lift systems.

Location: CHENNAI, BANGALORE, TRICHY AND HYDERABAD

Key Responsibilities:

 Carry out routine preventive maintenance of lifts/elevators as per schedule.

 Diagnose and repair faults in lifts, escalators, and related equipment.

 Respond to breakdown calls and ensure quick restoration of service.

 Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with statutory and company standards.

 Replace defective parts, wiring, and mechanical components when required.

 Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new lift equipment.

 Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and breakdown reports.

 Liaise with customers, building managers, and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.

 Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.1–3 years of experience in lift/elevator servicing (freshers with technical knowledge may also be considered).  Good knowledge of electrical circuits, control systems, and mechanical assemblies.  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. .(Specifically in Johnson / Kone / OTIS / Schindler makes)  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.  Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and attend emergency breakdown calls.  Good communication and customer-handling skills. (In English and Local language)

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
