About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and validation of complex Machine Learning models and predictive analytics systems.
• Focus on research and application of Generative AI (LLMs) and Deep Learning techniques to solve novel business problems.
• Develop and productionize models using Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Implement best practices for MLOps, including model monitoring, versioning, and continuous training.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into well-defined data science and engineering tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into the final product.
  

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science or ML Engineering, with a strong research background (MS/PhD preferred).
• Expert proficiency in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• In-depth knowledge of Deep Learning and frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Proven experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and working with large language models (LLMs).
• Experience with cloud-based ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI Platform).
• Strong statistical modeling, data analysis, and communication skills
