Job Description

About The Role

As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will drive the cultural and technical transformation of our infrastructure and delivery pipeline. Based in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a robust, automated, and secure cloud environment, focusing heavily on Kubernetes orchestration and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and manage scalable, high-availability cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Design, implement, and optimize the CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps) for faster and reliable deployments.
  • Spearhead the adoption and management of Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.
  • Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk.
  • Automate operational tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go).
  • Define and enforce security best practices across the infrastructure and pipeline.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Deep expertise in a major cloud provider (AWS or Azure).
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker.
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, especially Terraform.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and best practices.
  • Excellent scripting skills in Python or Bash for automation
