Rosmerta Technologies Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure professional to join our team in Gurgaon, Haryana. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and security of our IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations. About The Role As an Assistant Manager/Manager/Deputy Manager - IT Infra Asset, you will play a key role in the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on asset management. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems, providing timely user support, and collaborating with vendors to resolve technical issues. Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure & Asset Management: Assist the IT Manager in the administration and maintenance of all servers. Maintain the Office 365 tenancy, including managing users, groups, and Teams. Oversee the maintenance of network infrastructure, including the wireless network. Ensure all systems are maintained to a high standard, minimizing hardware and software downtimes. Install and maintain new software and hardware, liaising with suppliers and contractors as needed. Order spares and replacements under the direction of the IT Manager. Maintain accurate records of IT assets and manage their lifecycle. User Support & Operations Address day-to-day user requests for password changes and account resets. Ensure system security by maintaining confidentiality of passwords and other sensitive information. Vendor Management & Procurement Liaise with suppliers to resolve hardware and software support issues. Engage in vendor management and negotiations to ensure optimal service and cost-effectiveness. Technical Expertise Required Skills & Qualifications Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems. Proficiency in managing Office 365 tenancy, including users, groups, and Teams. Experience with network infrastructure maintenance, including wireless networks. Familiarity with asset management tools and 7+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure with a focus on asset Graduate or Post Graduate degree in a relevant field. Soft Skills Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
