Key Responsibilities: Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and with a friendly demeanor Take guest orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Maintain a clean and organized room service area Assist in setting up room service trays and ensuring all items are presented neatly Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally Ensure all food items are served at the correct temperature and meet quality standards Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions Coordinate with kitchen staff and other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs Follow health and safety regulations and hotel policies Assist with room preparation and other duties as required Requirements: Previous experience in room service or hospitality is a plus, but not required Friendly and professional attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to handle guest requests and resolve issues with a positive attitude Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards Must be physically capable of carrying trays and handling service deliveries Must be able to stay on location Benefits: Competitive salary Free accommodation and meals while working at the hotel A welcoming and supportive work environment Opportunities for growth and career advancement Employee benefits If you have a passion for service, enjoy working with people, and want to be part of a team that values hard work and hospitality, we would love to hear from you!
