Hotel Receptionist

Hotel Bosquet is hiring a receptionist to join our welcoming team. We are looking for someone polite, well-groomed, and efficient who can handle guest interactions with warmth and professionalism. This is a full-time, on-site position with free accommodation and meals provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and room/reservation bookings.
• Handle inquiries and calls regarding hotel, restaurant, or bar services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and service staff for smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Address guest issues or complaints with patience and a problem-solving approach.
• Maintain daily records, registers, and perform basic administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Male & Female candidates both can apply.
• Prior receptionist or front desk experience is a plus.
• Basic communication skills in English; local language skills an advantage.
• Presentable appearance and customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
