Room Attendant/Housekeeping

As a Room Attendant, your primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms. Your key responsibilities include: - Replacing guest amenities and supplies in rooms - Replacing dirty linens and terry with clean items - Making beds and folding terry - Cleaning bathrooms - Removing trash, dirty linen, and room service items - Checking that all appliances are present in the room and in working order - Responding promptly to requests from guests and other departments - Filling cart with supplies and transporting cart to assigned area - Straightening desk items, furniture, and appliances - Dusting, polishing, and removing marks from walls and furnishings - Vacuuming carpets and performing floor care duties (e.g., in guest rooms and hallway) In addition, you are expected to follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures. You should report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries, complete safety training and certifications, and properly store flammable materials. It is essential to ensure that your uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional while maintaining the confidentiality of proprietary information.
