Role Overview: As a Room Attendant located in Gandhinagar, your main responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas. Your goal is to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay for all visitors by cleaning and sanitizing rooms, replenishing supplies, attending to guest laundry needs, and responding promptly to guest requests. Additionally, you will be expected to enhance the guest experience through professional communication and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and public areas - Replenishing supplies in guest rooms - Attending to guest laundry needs - Responding promptly to guest requests - Enhancing guest experience through professional communication and excellent customer service Qualifications Required: - Experience and skills in Housekeeping, including cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas - Proficiency in Laundry services and related tasks - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for enhancing guest experiences - Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment - Previous experience in luxury or hospitality environments is an advantage,
