Roof and Façade Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roof and Façade Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of façade and roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on site experience, and proficiency in leading industry software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of roofing and façade projects from design to completion
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met
• Prepare and review technical drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Revit
• Use SketchUp Pro, STAAD Pro, and other tools for design visualization and structural analysis
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient project delivery
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues promptly

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience managing façade and roofing projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D), 3ds Max, Revit, SketchUp Pro, and STAAD Pro
• Strong understanding of building envelope systems and structural design principles
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation
• Must be willing to visit and supervise construction sites regularly
• Age between 35 to 50 years preferred

Preferred Candidates:

• Well-educated professionals with a proven track record in similar roles
• Those with experience working on high-rise or complex architectural projects
• Candidates with PMP or other project management certifications are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
