Sirena Technologies Private Limited is looking for Robotics Trainer/Specialist to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey As a Robotics Trainer/Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering robotics training programs to individuals or groups within educational institutions, corporate settings, or other organizations Your role involves imparting knowledge and skills related to robotics, including programming, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of robotic systems You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand training needs, develop curriculum, and provide ongoing support to ensure effective learning outcomes Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive robotics training curriculum based on industry standards and best practices Create learning materials, including presentations, manuals, tutorials, and hands-on exercises Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences, including students, professionals, and technicians Deliver engaging presentations and hands-on demonstrations to facilitate learning and skill development Adapt training methods and content to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during hands-on exercises and practical sessions Assist trainees in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to robotic systems and components Evaluation and Feedback: Assess trainee performance and progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical assessments Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement to enhance learning outcomes Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with educational institutions, businesses, and other organizations to understand their robotics training needs Customize training programs to align with specific objectives and requirements of stakeholders Continuous Learning: Stay updated on advancements in robotics technology, programming languages, and industry trends Incorporate new developments and best practices into training curriculum and delivery methods
