Robotics Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop & optimize RL algorithms (PPO, SAC, TD3) in PyTorch.
• Train policies in GPU-accelerated Isaac Sim/Lab/Gym environments.
• Apply sim2real techniques: domain randomization, policy distillation, fine-tuning.
• Integrate with ROS 2, Jetson platforms, and real robots (mobile/manipulators).
• Monitor performance using W&B, Tensor Board; conduct ablation & tuning studies.

Requirements:

• Strong Python skills; C++ for robotics integration.
• Deep knowledge of RL and robotics (kinematics, dynamics, control).
• Hands-on with Isaac Sim, Gym, or Lab.
• Experience with ROS 2 and real-world robot deployments.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with sim2real methods, Jetson (Orin/Xavier), and GPU optimization.
• Background in control theory (MPC, OSC) and sensor-driven RL.
• Experience 1-2 years preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
