Job Overview:

We are hiring Robotics & STEAM Educators to conduct fun, engaging, and hands-on sessions for primary and secondary school students in a school located in Vasant Vihar, Delhi. The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable teaching basic coding and robotics to varied age group children in a creative and interactive way.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging, hands-on sessions on design thinking, tailored to learners in Grades 3–8.
• Teach robotics concepts including mechanical design, sensors, actuators, and programming using age-appropriate platforms (e.g., LEGO Robotics, Scratch, PictoBlox, Arduino, or similar).
• Foster a student-centered learning environment that promotes inquiry, experimentation, and iteration.
• Guide learners through project-based learning, encouraging them to design and develop innovative solutions to real-world challenges.
• Integrate STEAM concepts seamlessly into the sessions.
• Assess student progress.
• Collaborate with other facilitators to create interdisciplinary learning experiences.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in robotics, AI, and design thinking pedagogy.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Design, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in teaching/facilitating robotics, coding, or design thinking with learners aged 8–14.
• Proficiency with varied robotics platforms,.
• Strong understanding of design thinking methodology and its application in education.
• Passion for hands-on, experiential learning and ability to inspire curiosity in young learners.
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to adapt instruction to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Creativity, patience, and a growth mindset to model resilience in problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Maker Education tools (3D printing, electronics, prototyping).
• Comfort with interdisciplinary projects linking robotics with arts, humanities, and sustainability themes.
