Robotics Facilitator

As a Robotics Facilitator, you will be responsible for teaching students about Robotics, programming, Science, and engineering principles. Your role will involve designing and delivering hands-on lessons, workshops, and activities to foster creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork among students. **Key Responsibilities:** - Teach robotics concepts, programming, and engineering principles to students at various levels (elementary to high school). - Develop and deliver engaging, hands-on lessons and projects. - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and problem-solving. - Customize curriculum and lesson plans to meet the needs of different student groups. - Collaborate with other educators and staff to plan and organize robotics competitions, events, and after-school programs. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in robotics, programming, and education technology. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience in teaching or working with students, preferably in a robotics or STEM-related field. - Strong knowledge of robotics, programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, Scratch), and engineering concepts. - Experience with various robotics kits (e.g., LEGO Mindstorms, Arduino, VEX Robotics, or similar). - Passion for working with students and creating an engaging learning environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - A degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, Education, or a related field (preferred). - Prior experience in creating curriculum or lesson plans is a plus.
