Job Summary

Automation Anywhere A360

Open Positions

Production Support Tech Lead
(8–10 yrs total, 3+ yrs as Lead)
Experienced RPA Developer (Mid-Level)
(5–8 yrs)
Junior RPA Developer
(3–5 yrs)

Note: Immediate joiners are preferred only.

Key Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in
Automation Anywhere A360 (AA360)
Knowledge of
API integration
(REST API, Graph API)
Experience with
SFTP file transfers
Background in
production support / L2-L3 support
preferred
Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts (24/7 environment)

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using
Automation Anywhere A360
Integrate automation workflows with
REST/Graph APIs
and other systems
Handle
SFTP-based data exchange and file processing
Provide
production support
, monitoring bots, incident handling, and issue resolution
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements
Optimize and enhance existing bots for efficiency and scalability
Mentor and guide junior developers (Lead role only)
Ensure compliance with security, quality, and best practices
