Technology & Development

• Architect, design, and develop robust web applications using Python (Django/Flask) for backend and Angular for frontend.
• Ensure high-performance, modular, and scalable code by implementing industry best practices.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and drive their adoption where beneficial.
  

Project & Process Management

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope and technical requirements.
• Oversee sprint planning, task prioritization, and resource allocation to ensure project success.
• Optimize development workflows, ensuring efficient execution of projects.
  

Code Quality & System Reliability

• Implement and enforce coding standards, testing protocols, and CI/CD pipelines to maintain high-quality code.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure maintainability and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, optimizing system performance and & Scalability :
• Evaluate and integrate new tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
