Perform routine maintenance of pumps, valves, filters, membranes, and chemical dosing systems. Conduct regular inspections and diagnostic tests to identify faults and optimize plant performance. Record operational data such as flow rates, pressure levels, and chemical dosing levels. Clean, replace, and regenerate membranes and filters as needed. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports. Monitor water quality parameters (pH, TDS, conductivity, etc.) and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Handle and store chemicals safely, ensuring proper dosing and usage. Respond to system alarms and carry out emergency repairs when needed. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to support plant upgrades and expansions.
