Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians, helpers, and field staff. Allocate manpower based on daily work schedules and project priorities. Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline of the operational workforce. Assist in preparing and executing daily/weekly work plans based on project requirements. Track progress of multiple ongoing projects and escalate delays proactively. Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure availability of materials and resources. Oversee in-house assembly of RO plants and ensure readiness for dispatch. Support installation, commissioning, and service teams with proper planning and manpower deployment. Conduct site visits when required to monitor progress and resolve operational issues. Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed during assembly and field execution. Support audits, quality checks, and documentation as required. Maintain daily activity logs, work status reports, and manpower deployment reports. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution. Communicate updates, delays, and resource requirements to management on a regular basis. Strong team leadership and staff coordination skills Good understanding of RO water plant operations (assembly to commissioning) Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks Effective communicator – both with teams and management Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail Working knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp groups, or project tracking tools
Operate and monitor RO plant systems including pre-treatment, membrane units, and post-treatment processes. Perform routine maintenance of pumps, valves, filters, membranes, and chemical dosing systems. Conduct regular inspections and diagnostic tests to identify faults and optimize plant performance. Record operational data such as flow rates, pressure levels, and chemical dosing levels. Clean, replace, and regenerate membranes and filters as needed. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service reports. Monitor water quality parameters (pH, TDS, conductivity, etc.) and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Handle and store chemicals safely, ensuring proper dosing and usage. Respond to system alarms and carry out emergency repairs when needed. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to support plant upgrades and expansions.
