RMS Executive

Job Title – MCX RMS Executive

Location – Surat

Roles and Responsibility: -

· Real-time Risk Monitoring: Continuously monitor client and dealer trading positions and exposure limits across various segments, including commodities, equities, and derivatives.

· Margin Management: Evaluate, maintain, and monitor margin requirements (like Value at Risk (VAR) margin, Extreme Loss Margin (ELM), and SPAN margin) to ensure compliance with exchange norms and internal policies.

· Exposure Control & Square-off: Implement and enforce risk limits. Initiate margin calls and, if necessary, square off open positions in cases of margin shortfalls, MTM (Mark-to-Market) losses, or other policy breaches.

· BOD/EOD Activities: Perform essential Beginning of Day (BOD) and End of Day (EOD) processes, including preparing and validating files, uploading limits/holdings, and generating critical reports for management and regulatory review.

· Coordination & Query Resolution: Liaise with dealers, clients, back-office, and IT teams to facilitate smooth operations, address client queries regarding orders/positions, and resolve trading platform issues.

· System Management: Utilize and manage RMS software and trading platforms to effectively track and manage risk.

Key Skills & Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor's degree in any field

· Experience: Prior experience (often 1-3 years) in an RMS or risk management role within a stock broking firm, with exposure to commodity markets, is essential.

· Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with excellent communication and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Job Time – 5.30pm – 11.30pm

Salary – 10K to 15K

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
