RMMS Support Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an RMMS Support Engineer, based in Chennai. The RMMS Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for the company's systems. Daily tasks will involve assisting customers with operating system issues, offering customer support, and ensuring efficient customer service. The role requires a strong understanding of technical systems and the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

•  Handle daily technical support activities on support.
• Install and Test desktop software applications
• Develop and manage effective professional working  relationships with Banks officials & company. 
• Interact with field on troubleshoot problems and their solution. 
• Should be very familiar with mail & Reporting culture.
• Hardware & Networking 
• Basic knowledge of Database- MS SQL, MY SQL, Maria DB. 
• Manage Team
• Qualification - Diploma/Degree, MCA/BCA, BSC with Hardware & Networking
• Location - Chennai
• Experience - 5 to 10 Years
• CTC - 3.6 Lacs to 4.8 Lacs Per Annum
• Immediate Joiners will be preferred
