Resource Allocation & Management: Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to understand project requirements and skill needs, then allocate resources appropriately based on skills, availability, and project priorities.Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the usage of resources, track resource assignments, and generate reports to evaluate resource utilization and efficiency.Forecasting and Planning: Assist in forecasting resource needs based on upcoming projects, business requirements, and strategic goals. Help plan resource capacity to meet future demand.Utilization Optimization: Identify and resolve issues related to underutilization or overutilization of resources, ensuring that project teams are staffed effectively without overburdening employees.Communication & Coordination: Serve as the liaison between resource managers, project managers, and other departments to communicate resource needs, availability, and constraints.Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze resource data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization, presenting findings to senior management.Support Resource Managers: Assist the Resource Manager in planning and maintaining resource allocation schedules, balancing team workloads, and ensuring projects are appropriately staffed.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of resource allocation, utilization, and availability for reporting and decision-making purposes.Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements related to resource management to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
