RM Onboarding & Support Associate

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Revenue Management team in the role of RM Onboarding & Support Associate. As an RM Onboarding & Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new hotel partners, providing ongoing support, and ensuring the effective implementation of dynamic pricing strategies through our platform, eZee Mint. Your responsibilities will include conducting onboarding sessions for hotel partners, delivering training on eZee Mint and revenue management best practices, offering continuous support by resolving queries and troubleshooting issues, collaborating with internal teams to facilitate the adoption of revenue management tools, analyzing performance data to evaluate strategy effectiveness, staying updated on industry trends to enhance support quality, and cultivating strong relationships with hotel partners by offering timely assistance. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field, along with a minimum of 13 years of experience in revenue management or a related domain. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, the capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with revenue management software.
