RM cum Sales Executive

Job Description: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on company products and services, and identifying opportunities for clients to benefit from new products or services. You will resolve issues and concerns promptly and effectively, collaborating with other departments to ensure excellent customer service. In addition, you will be meeting specific targets related to client retention, revenue growth, and cross-selling.
