Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field. - 5-8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations roles; at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity. - Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and S&OP processes. - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills. - Experience with supply chain analytics or tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex operational issues. - Experience working in manufacturing, FMCG, tech hardware, or B2B environments is a plus.
