No of VacanciesReports toIs a Team leaderY/NTeam SizeGradeAM - AVPBusinessCorporate CenterDepartmentRiskSub-Department-LocationAbout RiskThe Risk department ensures that the Bank s risk is managed through a risk management architecture as well as through policies and processes approved by the Board of Directors encompassing independent identification, measurement and management of risks across the various businesses of the Bank The Risk department of the Bank strives to proactively anticipate vulnerabilities at the transaction as well as at the portfolio level, through quantitative or qualitative examination of the embedded risksAbouttheRoleThe Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team is responsible for providing support to the ERM function for Reputation risk management, Model goverce and Risk goverce and policiesCollate, compile, analyse and prepare reports that come under the responsibility of the Enterprise Risk management functionPrepare presentations on topics of reputation risk, model goverce and risk goverceProvide support on implementation and documentation of key initiatives such as stress testing, risk appetite cascading etcQualificationsGraduate/ Post-Graduate from a recognized university MBA/CFA/FRM or equivalent qualifications in Fice would be preferredRole ProficienciesBasic understanding of fice, banking and economicsGood communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local languageAbility to handle pressure and meet deadlines
