Risk Manager

As a Risk Manager at noon, you will play a crucial role in shaping and managing the credit and fraud risk strategies of our financial products. Your responsibilities will revolve around leading the credit risk underwriting process for new and existing customers, ensuring alignment with noon's risk appetite. You will collaborate closely with Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to formulate, implement, and refine credit policies. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring and managing transactional and account fraud, developing proactive strategies to mitigate fraud risks. Your role will also involve being responsible for the overall credit portfolio, minimizing losses through continuous monitoring and timely interventions. You will design and implement comprehensive digital collection strategies to maintain optimal portfolio performance. To enhance efficiency and effectiveness in risk management operations, you will stay updated on advancements and leverage service providers and advanced technology solutions, including AI tools. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in credit risk management, underwriting, or fraud prevention roles. You must have a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, Product, and Engineering. Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to formulate risk management strategies are essential. Familiarity with digital collection strategies, effective debt management processes, and advanced technological resources, particularly AI-driven tools, are required. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are also crucial for success in this role.
