Job Description

Role Overview: As a Risk & Control Review Manager, you will play a crucial role in the rural business sector, particularly in Branch Banking, credit, asset operations, and Agri Business (KCC / Tractor) operations. Your main responsibilities will include: - Conducting hind sighting activities and Risk & Control Assessment through sampling - Having a deep understanding of retail products, policies, and processes - Conducting Branch reviews, Credit Hindsight, and alliance review discussions with stakeholders - Publishing reports with clear timelines and actionable insights Your role will involve identifying risks and controls within the business, sharing hindsight reports and dashboards periodically with senior management to facilitate process improvement decisions, thereby contributing to the bank's overall objectives. Candidates with existing Credit / Rural experience, local knowledge, and proficiency in the local language will be preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct hind sighting activities and Risk & Control Assessment based on sampling - Conduct Branch reviews, Credit Hindsight, and alliance review discussions with stakeholders - Identify risks & controls in the business and publish reports with clear timelines and actionable insights - Share hindsight reports/ dashboards periodically with senior management for process improvement decisions Qualification Required: - Graduate in any field - Postgraduate in any field,
