Job Description

As a Risk Analyst in the Regulatory and Customer Assurance team at Mastercard in India, your role involves contributing to the Technology Risk Management organization's mission of exceeding stakeholder expectations by managing technology risks effectively and ensuring a secure operational environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in preparing and maintaining a consolidated control framework. - Support the creation of a centralized inventory of security and technology risk management requirements. - Aid business owners in analyzing business and functional requirements arising from regulations and customer contracts. - Identify technology and security risk controls based on the analysis. - Assist in customer and regulatory examinations by providing necessary documentation and evidence. - Prepare for customer and regulator meetings and reporting. - Conduct compliance monitoring and pre-audit readiness reviews. - Support certification efforts like SOC, ISO, and PCI. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong understanding of technology and information security risk management practices. - Experience in handling regulatory and customer audits. - Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance practices. - Ability to provide security consultation. - Excellent communication and people management skills. - Experience in stakeholder management. - Cultural awareness and collaboration with cross-regional teams. - Strong business and operations focus. - Knowledge of Risk and Control Framework standards (such as NIST, ISO, PCI-DDS, SOC), cybersecurity-related laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, FBA, CBA, PFMI), and Mastercard products and technology will be advantageous.
