Job Description

As a member of the People, Culture & Communications team at bp, you will play a crucial role in modernizing and simplifying the HR processes globally. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of reward specialists, ensuring the delivery of strategic and efficient frameworks, policies, and processes that adhere to bp group standards. You will also be providing precise and timely operational deliverables and specialist advice on reward vendor management, benefits, equity, and executive reward. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of reward specialists to ensure global service delivery in benefits, equity, vendor management, and executive reward - Provide analytical support for reward-related projects at local, regional, and global levels - Conduct assurance activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements - Oversee the management of local country reward plans and align them with global strategies - Offer specialist advice in designing reward solutions and provide training for team members - Own and drive standard operating procedures, including continuous improvement activities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR/MBA from a reputable Business school - Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors and Workday - 5-6 years of progressive experience in benefits/equity/reward vendor management administration, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior specialist role Additional Details: As part of bp, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse cultural setting and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
