Job Description

Role Overview: As a member of the People, Culture & Communications team at bp, you will play a crucial role in modernizing and simplifying the HR processes globally. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of reward specialists, ensuring smooth service delivery and standardization of processes across the organization. Your role will involve providing analytical support for reward-related projects and driving continuous improvement activities to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of reward specialists to deliver strategic and efficient frameworks, policies, and processes in line with bp group standards. - Provide precise and timely operational deliverables and specialist advice on reward vendor management, benefits, equity, and executive reward, supporting business strategy and priorities. - Conduct assurance activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulatory requirements. - Oversee the management of local country reward plans, aligning them with global strategies and standards. - Offer specialist advice in designing reward solutions and provide training for team members to enhance their knowledge and skills. - Own and drive standard operating procedures, including continuous improvement activities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR/MBA from a reputable business school. - Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors and Workday. - 5-6 years of progressive experience in benefits/equity/reward vendor management administration, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior specialist role. Additional Details: - You will need strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to engage and influence collaborators effectively. - Proficiency in HRIS, benefits administration software, and Microsoft Office applications is required. - Leadership skills to manage a team effectively and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Proficient in English and ability to work in diverse cultural settings and time zones.
