Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Revit MEP Modeler based in Nagpur. The Revit MEP Modeler will be responsible for creating accurate MEP models using Revit software to support construction projects. Tasks include developing 3D models, coordinating with project teams, creating detailed documentation, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. Collaboration with engineers, architects, and other team members to optimize project designs is also a key part of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit MEP software for creating 3D models and layouts
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire.
• Experience in CAD drafting & producing MEPF Shop Drawings.
• Knowledge of BIM processes and the ability to collaborate in a BIM environment - ACC.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related engineering field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
