The role involves analyzing and understanding existing products, creating detailed documentation, generating CAD models, and proposing improvements. The specialist will work closely with the design and engineering teams, oversee project timelines, conduct testing and validation, and ensure the integration of new designs into manufacturing processes. Qualifications Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and reporting Strong Analytical and Project Management skills Expertise in Manufacturing Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Attention to detail and proficiency in CAD software Problem-solving ability and hands-on experience with reverse engineering tools Familiarity with 3D printing technologies is a plus Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry is beneficial Show more Show less
