Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Assists the Revenue Manager in achieving the overall Departmental goals
Has exposure to OTA contracting and upkeeping the property profile
Understands the working of tools such as Channel manager, Reputation manager & Booking engine
Can independently drive online sales of a new property from scratch
Performs competitive benchmark studies, follows & analyses market trends.
Develop, monitor, and adjust sales and pricing strategies

Ensures Property's bookability on all the active channels

Preferred candidate profile

3-6 years of relevant experience in revenue / reservation departments of a hotel
Business level English
Excellent communication skills.
Bachelors Degree.
Proficiency in MS office
Exposure to any RMS tools will be an advantage
Target driven and proven self-starter with ability to deliver on initiatives without constant supervision.
Knowledge of local market & hospitality.
