Job Title: Revenue Head
Location: Kolkata
Reports To: National head
Profile Summary: With 8-10 years of experience, The role involves developing
and executing sales strategies, leading a high-performing team, and managing keyclient relationships with hospital management and doctors. Key responsibilitiesinclude monitoring sales performance, managing the sales budget, collaborating withmarketing and product teams, and providing regular reports on sales activities,forecasts, and market trends. This position requires strong leadership, strategicthinking, and a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy Development:a. Devise and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed business targets.b. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.2. Team Leadership:a. Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team to drive high performance.b. Manage a team of ASMs and KAMs across all centers in the city (team size: 56 percenter).3. Performance Management:a. Track and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs to ensure targets are met.4. Client Relationship Management:a. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital management, doctors, and keyopinion leaders.5. Product and Channel Management:a. Manage sales and performance across all products:o Inpatient Rehab (IP Rehab)o Outpatient Department (OPD)o Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)o Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)b. Oversee sales through all channels:1. Doctors2. Digital platforms3. Offline networks4. Medical tourism5. General Practitioner (GP) referrals 6. Margin and Business Growth:a. Deliver profitable margins on all product lines.
b. Actively contribute to the unit SMT to ensure the fastest patient recoveries.
7. Doctor Engagement and Education:a. Lead doctor education and engagement initiatives across the city to fostercollaboration and drive referrals.8. Budget Management:a. Prepare, manage, and monitor the sales budget effectively.9. Collaboration:a. Coordinate with marketing, product management, and customer support teams toalign on sales initiatives.b. Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies andpromotional activities.10. Reporting and Forecasting:a. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, andtrends.b. Create detailed reports on sales activities, market analysis, and competitor insights.Qualifications:• Degree in Hospital Administration or Sales and Marketing or BPT/MPT. • Team handling experience of 4-5 years preferably in healthcare Skills:• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a diverse team and manage conflict effectively.• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informeddecisions.• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectiveinteraction with clients and stakeholders.• Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms and closedeals.• Customer Focus: A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to respondeffectively. Personal Attributes:• Should know the local language • Should be comfortable with travelling • Preferably Married, male and female both would work
